Title: have not received email to reactivate old account

I have yet to recieve an email to reactivate my old account. all I have recieved was an email telling me I could opt out of an account transfer if I wanted to. When I go to try and signup for an account I get nowhere because my username is reserved or something is up with my email when I try to set up a new account on it. What do I need to do to continue playing Dominion?

The remaining account transfer emails should be arriving in the next 24 hours.
