Hi,
using the newest Chrome, Windows 10 and no Plug-Ins.
When i hit "good match", i will get the soundeffect soon but nothing happens. When i "F5" and login after the soundeffect, i am in the game. Starting a game from a table works as usual.
I'm getting the same issue, however refreshing only works occasionally, usually I have to resign and quit.
In hope of adding something useful to this, I've noticed that this seems to happen after I finish a game, and 'Total Users in Queue' is much higher than normal (12-30). Upon refreshing that number drops back to 0.

I tried to close Chrome and open dominion.games in Firefox, it works sometimes but most of the time it does not work and I have to Cancel&Resign
