game #2500428 on oregon. I emptied a third supply pile ending the game, but the game is stuck saying it's waiting on me. Log says:

We tried reloading, undo, etc., nothing seemed to work. Opponent said he was going to resign, I dunno if he actually tried or not but he didn't.
Are you sure 3 supply piles were empty? Black Market decks, spoils, Traveller piles, etc. don't cont.
Should be easy enough to confirm by loading the game, but when I try to do this I get: "Internal Error". The error isn't very helpful for understanding why the game cannot be loaded and means that I, at least, cannot confirm the game state. Do others have problems loading this game number or is it just me?
I have a similar problem, happening now the second time in a row in a game against Lord Rat.
I buy the last provinces, end my turn end the game wont end. But its not a freeze, I can still rightclick cards

if i try an "/undo 1", I get a neverending "Pending undo request..."
