When you load a game that was rated and set the game to be not rated, this setting does not seem to hold in the loaded game.
I think that replays should never be rated.

agreed... I just didn't think about this the first time around but in 1.2.4 "rated game" and "replay" will be mutually exclusive.
If I reload a game (from bug reports here), I always need a bot for the other player. When I tested and checked "rated game", the client told me that bot games couldn't be rated. I wasn't even aware that a loaded game could contain 2 'real' players.
Nevertheless, obviously, a reload of a game should never be rated.
Encountered the same issue in a couple of games with Bryan today
We used undo to turn 0. Maybe that was involved?

no it is/was a bug. Fixed on dev now; will probably get released tomorrow.
