In game #2961222 I inherited Ironworks. When I gained IronworkEstates, they went to the discard pile and showed "ETCARDNAMESTRING" as card title. A right click on the card correctly shows the IronworksEstate.
On the next turns, I realized the gained card "inherits" the title from the card which was on top of the discard pile before, for example Copper or Ironmonger.
That sure is a strange effect. Look at the discard pile when
a) at decision 120 you get a Goon with Black Market, or
b) at decision 136 you use an IronWorksEstate to gain a new Estate, when the underlying card was a Copper (Kupfer in German)
