I just played a game where the Archive wasn't putting into your hand the treasures from the last round of Archive. The log would claim that it was there but it wasn't. It happened to both my opponent and I with coppers and a Charm. Anyone else having this issue?

No, I don't know of such a bug and it sounds a bit surprising after having played so many games with Archive.
I hope you can mention a specific game number and turn number and describe what was wrong with it.

I sent you a message with the game number but forgot to mention turn numbers. I did send a copy of our discussion log so that might help. Also i noticed that in one of the threads Rabid linked that they talked about a library being involved possibly. I don't recall it being in the hand each time the 'bug' happened, but it was an available card in the deck and we both bought at least one.

As I wrote there: Look at cards that set aside other cards, but start with Library, which seems to be involved all the time where this problem occurs.
The bug was indeed related to library. It shared a zone with Gear, Archive, Save and Haven. And unfortunately Library decided to discard the entire content of the zone when it was done being played. (the other cards keep reference to specific cards to pull from that zone at a later time).
Anyway, will be fixed in the next release.
