Title: Interest in Losers Bracket?

After a year's hiatus due to baby, I am considering organizing a Losers Bracket again this year, if there is sufficient interest.

This is not a guarantee that it will happen, even if everyone wants to participate. I am very busy right now. But I thought it would be worth gauging interest at least.

Tim, this would be a bracket of players eliminated from the main tournament who want to continue playing matches. In previous years (2012 and 2015) I have had signups for newly eliminated players, and these are added to the players progressing in the Losers Bracket. (Effectively, it's double elimination, but only for the players who want to participate, and without feeding back into the main bracket.)

Leaning toward not running this. Not convinced there is enough interest, and I am still way too busy. I'll make a final decision by Friday though.

I love double elimination brackets, but I think the appeal disappears if it's only an unofficial thing which a few players do. If everyone played in it, I'd be all for it.
