Title: Old subscription transfer

I had a subscription with the previous company  but never received the e-mail about changing it. 

The e-mail account associated with my old account was smiling_at_life@hotmail.com, could my old purchases be applied to my current account? It is swampflower13

I understand that this will only go through the end of the year.
