Title: Unable to connect

Was able to log in fine on January 1 and January 2 and had access to Base Cards.
On January 3, paid for Gold Subscription.
Since making payment, have been unable to reach the game.  Page appears with my user name and password, then goes to Reconnecting message which then gets immediately covered over with message "connected to gameserver".  Stays frozen in that position.
Have cleared cache.  Have rebooted computer.  Still the same result.
Need help, thanks.

Try incognito / private browsing tab.
Sometimes fixes similar issues.

When you are using incognito (Chrome) or private (Firefox), on the login screen, enter your credentials but do *not* click login, instead use the "Kick and Resign" option presented (see screen shot).

The (usual) case for the behavior you are seeing is that a game is in a state that is somehow corrupted, so when you login automatically it will try to continue that game and can't because something is corrupted.

With "Kick and resign" you are basically saying your are giving that game up (will be a loss if a rated game), but you can then continue with the lobby and everything should be back to normal.
