I'm assuming the answer is no, but is there a way to retrieve a log of a game? I have the game ID from http://dominion.lauxnet.com/scavenger/ and would like to look back over it to see whether I could have done better.
Yes, you can load the game providing that you're subscribed to all the cards that were used:
In the lobby choose: New Table --> Load Old Game --> enter your game id and load game --> add a bot, choose player order if you want to pick the perspective, and then ready. It will load the game at the last decision.

I'm confused. How would I even possibly know the game ID?
You can find it as the very first entry for a game in the chat window (see attached picture).
If you want to access it after the fact, then you only have a chance if it was a rated game. On the website http://dominion.lauxnet.com/scavenger/ you can enter your Dominion Online Account name and find a list of latest played rated games. If you click on one game, it will display the game ID (see second attached picture).
