Since the Renaissance preview, it doesn't give me the option to trash a card when I play the Sauna and a silver.
The thing that has changed is that autoplaying all treasures doesn't use Silver to trash anymore. You need to click at the Silver in hand to play and trash.
If you accidentally played all treasures you can undo that decision immediately without your opponent having to approve.
