Lord Rattington bought the final province, which *shouldn't* have caused any weird reaction issues, but it just said "waiting on Lord Rattington". I closed the window and now when I try to login, I can't.

OTOH, this is the time when the server outage this (European) night started, so I assume the problem was due to that.
