As you can see by the number of opponent's name, they have already been banned several times. Since free accounts are free and throwaway email adresses readily available, the hard part is not banning an account, the hard part (not even remorely solved) is banning the person behind it.
It's probably time to add Sadeas9 to the ban list as well. I got an extremely similar comment from that player.
