I really don't like to report a second person but also like to see people like this banned.
After calling me a few choice names he then proceeded to say he was going to play 1 play every 4 minutes. I copied and pasted the chat into a word document if you need it, but the 4 minutes per card thing is pretty obvious I'd think.
Thanks for your hard work in keeping players like this out of the game as much as possible!

I know it sucks, but the best advise is to resign the game, blacklist that player and move on.
Those players don't want you to loose. They want you to suffer. I think the general term for that in games is griefers.
I have a good guess why that account name is cj4. They were banned 3 times before. Banning an account is easy. Banning a player is hard, because it takes them 5 minutes to make a new account and start over. The only thing bound to an account is an email address, which is not a scarce resource, because it is not used again.
