The thing that happened in the middle is I won the game by a dozen points. He then clicked "Ready" to play again, said that, and then held the table for a timeout

Is this where we report specific players who are not abiding by dominion rules, fair play, and/or are horribly rude? If not, someone please direct me. If so, I'm reporting user "Grandearmee" for slow playing to try to force me to resign.
Allthewaytomemphis, 16-Feb, posted in German "Asshole" and "Wanker". Then proceeded to slow play so much that 2 turns took more than 20 minutes. On 1 of his turns my computer screen timed out twice before I was able to play again. As soon as I got the last province with a governor trash and gain, he left. Black List this player. Not a good sport. (I Will admit that I was less than gracious in my posting once it was obvious he was slow playing, and purposely being an ass.)
