I've had a few games where someone disconnects several times and for a while and I can't encourage them to leave the game. Is there a time limit on how long they can be disconnected for before they lose?
After 4 minutes of someone not doing anything when they should do something (play a card, or decide what to discard when attacked by Militia, etc.), the other player gets the option to make the not-responding player resign.

No, the time limit resets each time the player does something.
