I was playing a kingdom with a bunch of new cards so I was going a little bit slower than I normally would, but nothing crazy. Guy gets mad at me, starts calling a cunt, etc, and decides to enact revenge by extreme slow playing his turns, like 1 card every 3 minutes.

I think my approach to playing here with strangers is that I'd probably resign immediately and blacklist any player whose username contained 'fag' (or any other repulsive term). I figure that anyone who makes the effort to be provocative and insulting with her/his username is almost certain an asshole, will be an asshole in gameplay, and life is too short to spend even one game with worthless crap like that. (Of course, I care not at all about my rating, so resigning is a zero-cost action for me.)
