I played a Mastermind followed by a Horse the next turn, with Way of the Monkey on the board. The first two times I played the Horse as a Horse, the third time as Monkey. At the beginning of the following turn, I drew a Horse into my hand, which strangely had the picture of the Monkey on it. I played it and it operated as a Horse as normal. Not a big deal, but thought I would report it.

Yes, it's known that both with Ways that move cards in way they normally would (Way of the Horse) and cards that normally move around but then do not due to Ways (like here) the wrong picture might end up on a card.
Sometimes hitting CTRL-R helps in that case.
