Awhile back I purchased Dominion Online card packs from Humble Bundle, however for the life of me, I cannot remember my username (though ironically I think I remember the password).
I still have the purchase code for those games - is there any way to track down the old account or at least apply them to another account?

I'm sorry to tell you, that this was for the previous "incarnation" of Dominion Online from Making Fun: https://support.humblebundle.com/hc/de/articles/204071010-Dominion-Online
The previous purchases were honored for a year when this current incarnation started (roughly through 2017), but that is long over.
Many other players (including me) had to realize those 3.5 years ago that the "lifetime" we had bought cards on Making Fun for was in fact very short. :(
