If it is my own turn and I click on one of these cards for close inspection, the text of the card cannot be read because the end button overlays the card.(//)

Hi,
you are right we should look at the "hight" that we use several info layers on and put the study cards on top.

For the moment, notice the small white "arrow down" at the left side of the info bar. If you click on that, the info bar will almost vanish, so you can loot at whatever it obscured.
