I have been winning and losing quite some games today. Unfortunately my Leaderbord score remains unchanged 41.09.
Is it possible to solve this? Since now it has no purpose to play rated games.

Such problems exist from time to time unfortunately. The most important information is that the wins/losses you accrued are not lost, they are just not (yet) shown in the client. After the fix is applied (usually some server reset), the ratings will be shown again updating after each game (maybe you have to wait until the next UTC midninght).
In this case, I notified the developer already, but I couldn't check if the problem has been solved yet.
