Title: patrol reordering not working [KNOWN ISSUE]

Was playing earlier today on frankfurt #76 (I believe, if not, just tell me and I'll find it in Dan's stream).

I was unable to drag the cards to reorder them on my iPad 3 running iOS 9.3.1.

That's a known issue for touchscreen devices.
