A user has had a table open in the lobby for a couple hours and is presumably AFK. From the perspective of someone trying to join the table, there is no way to know this. Further, the user's name isn't attached to the table, and there's no unique identifier to the table, so if, say, I step away from the computer for 10 minutes, then come back and see one table open, I don't know if it's the ghost user or if the ghost user has left but someone else has opened a new table.
The lobby will get a big overhaul. We know the current situation isn't workable for >20 users.
