After chaining Avanto into Sauna, there was no option to call Royal Carriage on Avanto.
In game #102941960, I played Royal Carriage, then Avanto, and chained a Sauna. There was an option to call Royal Carriage on Sauna, but there was no "continue" button so I could not call Royal Carriage on Avanto.
