May've been said above (TL;DNR) but I'd like to see:

* The ability to replay the last game's cards selections
* Ability to save decks

Thanks for extending the offer 6 months and for all your consideration of players' needs.

Note that there is a reply to some of the concerns in THIS topic in another topic called "feedback, Dominion Offline & free subscriptions for old MF users" -- and that that topic has a time-sensitive offer in it.

I've come to the following decision: If you are one of the people for whom "free 2017" just ended, I am willing to extend it with another half a year in exchange for one hour of your time. The short version is "provide feedback and don't forget to include your username". Longer version below. The offer stands for anyone replying in this thread in the next 10 days and is only about expansions you once bought from MF. If you already bought a subscription for (a part of) 2018, I will extend it with half a year for the appropriate expansions.
Shortest I can make it: Yes to all except 4, 6, 8, 9, and 12-16.

I do want an offline version because mostly I play alone. I'm trying to keep practicing till I can give my son a run for his investment in time. I like bots that I can occasionally beat, and that I can learn from. I don't want to be constantly stomped (I lose heart), so I'd actually rather win all the time than lose all the time because that way I at least can get familiar with the cards, and develop strategies. Whistles and bells and pretty are not a big deal to me.

I may want an online version as well when my son moves away for college or work. It is in anticipation of the day when he moves away that I invested in the MF games in the first place.

Hope this helps.

Seconding a request for an answer about an offline client, and adding this thought: Whether there is going to be an offline client or not is a factor in my decision about whether to pay for a subscription through the upcoming year or not. I'm holding off investing my scarce coin until I have some evidence that there is a willingness to communicate with the player community about such a critical question. Blindsided once by the previous provider of the game, shame on them. Blindsided twice, shame on me.

Given that we were told that there would be an offline version if we waited, and that happy players bring you more paying players, it seems that providing updated information to those who had an investment in MF's product, and stayed through the transition on your word that there would be an offline version, would be wise.

Will you please tell us what the plans are?

Support / Re: Ready button not working

THE FIX (temporarily anyway) is to keep hitting that READY button over and over and it will eventually let you in.

Tried it in both Chrome and Firefox. Running on Windows 10 on a laptop. Not working no matter what I try.

At least I know I'm not alone.

Support / Linda B "Not Ready"
28 March 2017, 08:18:27 PM
I started my Dominion day just now by following all the usual steps, which means being automatically logged in, clicking on "Bot Match" but after that nothing was as normal. I ended up in a screen showing I'm about to engage in a game with a real human. I hadn't even noticed that, so I clicked the Ready button but it said I'm Not Ready.

Backed out of that (by reloading). Set my players to min and max 2, included one Bot, and it says Lord Rattington is ready to play but I am Not Ready. Nothing I can find to do gets it to change me to Ready.

Something changed? What do I need to do to get my fix?

This has happened to me a couple of times now, instead of putting the Black Market cards back, I am forced to give up my hand, and not allowed my regular Buy phase because of it.

(I did see in the list for this forum, "Black Market doesn't allow you to choose the order you put cards back in, and you can't see the Black Market deck" but that's not what is happening here.)

Other Bugs / Band of Misfits
15 January 2017, 09:52:59 AM
I may be missing something that will be obvious to everyone else, but in this game I kept gaining "Band of Misfits" through the use of "Lurker", and the game kept letting me use BoM but then "returns a Band of Misfits to the Band of Misfits pile." I don't see that there is any reason for it to do this so I am wondering if it is an error in the card mechanics.

Cards used were:
cutpurse
moneylender
spice merchant
archive
band of misfits
royal blacksmith
encampment
lurker
masquerade
familiar
labyrinth

Game Log Issues / Re: Farmland Null Error

Did you try to click on the stack of the 4-cost card? That stack should have shown a plus sign. (The wrong text in the log is a known issue.)
No, because I did not want to buy either card. The plus sign was there but there seems to be no way out without buying the 4-cost card.

Interface Issues / Re: "Crown" Logic

Hello! In some cases (+1 Card token for one) you might want to play Crown as an action even when you don\t have any more actions in hand.
Quite true, but when I play it at the end of my action play and next play a coin, it should not assume that I did not want to Crown the coin. It could offer an option.

Interface Issues / "Crown" Logic
03 January 2017, 06:20:48 PM
Logically, if I am out of actions when I play a Crown and the next card is a coin, I should not have had to tell the system "End Actions" to get the Crown to work with the Coin. Thanks if you can eventually correct this.

Oh wait, now I've found the Resign button is there. Never mind!  :P
