I always play bots.  I can't stand playing live people because most take too long to read cards or are playing slow and being rude on purpose.  The last time I accidentally joined a game with a live person, they slow played me.  Kept calling me "lucky" because they were losing.  Then, they tried to undo a move and I declined.  They threw a tantrum, called me names and tried to slow play me.  I usually play on my laptop on my dining room table, right next to my kitchen.  I told the guy I was cooking dinner and have no problem coming back every 3 minutes to take a turn (just like the person above that turned on a movie).  He called me some choice names and resigned.  I stick to bots.  I like fast games.  I don't have the attention span to wait on slow players whether it's intentional or not.

It's unfortunate that your time zone seems to be such that your playing hours coincide with Stef's sleeping hours.

Here we are again.  So, since the subscription I pay for is primarily used when I am done with work and eating dinner, around 6pm - 10pm frame in my time zone and this is a time when there is NO support, does that mean that people in my time zone (mountain time, USA) get a partial refund on their subscriptions due to below ideal playing conditions with NO SUPPORT?

Lag, lag, lag, lag, lag.... This is really effing frustrating.  If I didn't have to pay for it... AGAIN... I wouldn't be complaining so much.  This is unacceptable.

And, by the way, I completely disagree with you that Donald X is blameless.  He was the one person who negotiated the deal with Shuffle.  And OF COURSE he could have insisted, as part of the deal, "Hey, you're gonna have to honor all the lifetime memberships that people paid out to MF."  And then Shuffle would have factored that into the price it was willing to pay.

You sir and almost everything you said... seriously, effing awesome!  Thank you.  I'm not an attorney, but I am a certified paralegal (you're just that much cooler than me).  I only came back to the forum because of temporary lag (that seems to have gone away) so I could complain more about paying for a game that doesn't work most of the time, since the only reason I visit the forum is to make points about having to pay for a game I already paid for all over again and it doesn't effing work!  I stuck around to read what you had to say and I enjoyed it.  I think you made some very excellent points.  Thank you.

I'll believe the offline version is really going to happen once I see it.  It's been promised over and over again.  I'd be tickled pink for an offline version!  I'm really fed up with the online lag problems.  Paying over and over again for a game that's BROKEN!  But that's what they want!  Offline version means no more profit!  We can't have that!  How absurd!  We must keep taking money from the gamers! 😠

Approx 30 minutes later and I'm still lagging real bad.  Found it.

Response from similar issue that happened in May.  This was posted at 4:30am eastern time / 1:30am pacific time (USA)

Sorry people... this happened while I was asleep. So far I've been reasonably happy with the uptime but clearly something went wrong here. It's been mostly unplayable for the last ~12 hours.

I'm guessing we're in for the same kind of wait.  I don't think us posting and complaining gets anybody out of bed.... I wish it did ;)

Seriously?  A little over sensitive here?  I have been in Pokemon Go raids with some local over here called Aswhole.  It's hilarious!  If you can find a creative way to make the name work, I say go for it :)

I've been playing since that ghetto free site was being run off of somebody's personal server before you had to pay.  I totally understood at the time when the online game changed to a platform in which you had to pay.  I get that.

But, being completely robbed, stripped of what you paid for and forced to fork out a subscription annually.  Yeah, I'm bitter too.  It seems completely driven by greed.  I don't blame Shuffle IT.  It seems you guys are just getting the short end of the stick on this one.  I blame the greedy person that made the call to change providers and rip everyone off.

I think we deserve a more valid explanation (and I mean A GOOD EFFING CONCRETE DAMN GOOD REASON) besides a contract being up with one and switching to another or any other fancy corporate way of sweeping the subject under the rug.

Still, I play.  I love this game and this is the only option we have.  Right now, I'm experiencing serious lag for something I had to pay for, AGAIN, so I came to the forum.  Sorry, Shuffle IT.  I pretty much only step into the forums when your programming isn't working properly.  Keep it running and I won't be coming in here to throw gasoline on fires :p

I'm still pissed about paying for the game all over again, especially since IT'S BROKEN AGAIN :(  I only get on here to find ways to complain about it when the game isn't working.  So please fix it and you'll keep me away from the forum.

The game keeps getting stuck when I select a card to play, kicks me, reloads and then puts me back in the game.  It's taking FOREVER to take a turn.... very frustrating.
