Same here, too. Tried a variety of ways, Chrome, Firefox; tried refreshing; tried different platforms.  All get same message "server connection was closed or could not be established."  Hope this gets resolved soon.

Thank you.  According to my bank, no money was returned, so I'm not certain why PayPal would indicate that.  I appreciate your cooperation in having this resolved successfully.

Yes, the inquiry was in December, but there was no action taken because my husband canceled the inquiry soon after it was initiated, and the case was officially closed. There has been no additional action taken by my bank to freeze or return the funds which were already paid out on November 2. 
I appreciate your continued help, and hope you can get this resolved soon!

I wrote on this forum and sent an email December 29 regarding my missing complete subscription which had been paid via Paypal on November 2, 2023. My BMO bank statement clearly shows payment:  "IAT SHUFFLE IT IAT PAYPAL WEB-$52.03  Nov 2, 2023," which means I am paid through November 2, 2024. I had been playing almost daily until  December 29, when I had access to only the free base set, not my complete paid subscription.  I checked again today, and only the base set is available; my paid subscription is still not showing.  I'm wondering if this is a PayPal issue?  Apparently my husband hadn't recognized the payment because it was showing in foreign currency and started an inquiry.  When he realized it was for my Dominion subscription, he cancelled the inquiry and the case is officially closed. He received an email stating: "PayPal case PP-R-DYM-509879712 is now closed." I checked my bank statement again today, and all that it shows is the payment made to your company on November 2. There has been no rejection or refund to my account. I had also written a memo on the forum site which was responded to by Ingix Global Moderator who said "I'll post here once I have more information." There haven't been any additional posts from that moderator. 
Please help!  I want to play with my complete, paid for subscription!

I still have only the base cards today (January 1). When can I expect the resolution to my missing complete subscription that was paid for on 11/02/2023?

1) My BMO bank statement shows that payment was made via Paypal for the full year subscription on 11/2/2023, "IAT SHUFFLE IT IAT PAYPAL WEB-$52.03  Nov 2, 2023"  I've been playing with the complete set almost daily without problems until the evening of 12/29/23.
2) This is my only Dominion account, which I've had for years without issue.

I checked again today, and only the base are available again. Since I did pay for the full year, will I receive a credit or extension for the days I don't have access to my correct cards?

Support / Complete Subscription cards not showing!

I paid for a full year complete subscription on November 2, 2023, which means it should end on November 2, 2024.  My bank statement shows: IAT SHUFFLE IT IAT PAYPAL WEB-$52.03  Nov 2, 2023.  Tonight, however, I do not have access to my full subscription.  When I checked my account, it says "Complete Subscription 2023-11-02."  Why can't I play with my complete subscription??  Tonight is the first time I encountered this issue.  All my cards were available last night.  Help!

The problem continues. Cards not able to be read until they are purchased and in your hand. This makes no sense. I tried turning off preview, but that didn't help. I play with family members across the country. It's been our favorite until the glitching today. We play on iPads. PLEASE fix. The game is unplayable this way. Thank you

Having paid actual money to continue playing beyond January, I'm glad for the opportunity to give feedback, in exchange for additional time on my current subscription.
1. I'm happy to learn that the offline version is still in the works.
2-3. A bot with different play styles is intriguing, as is a strong bot.  I play many games with just bots, and would enjoy the ability to challenge myself. 
4.  Personally, I would not like timed games.
5. The current undo setting works for me.
6. Online mini-tournaments would be fun, but I would prefer to see a return of the campaigns, or something similar.  I enjoyed the opportunity to "win" game tokens, special cards etc.
7. I like the potential option for inviting specific friends to my table.
8. I'm not in need of translations, but appreciate your willingness to explore.
9. I'd like to see better animation.  I miss the old sound effects and miss seeing the bots' actual moves, step by step.  The log is helpful, but if I had to choose between a log and seeing the actual moves and cards purchased by the bots, I would prefer seeing the moves.
10. Yes! I really would like to see the opponents' duration cards.  It affects strategy.
10. Option to hide log - indifferent, unless it would give more space to see the animation.
11.-12.  Not applicable to me; I use PC and iPad; unless you would also create an iPad app. If so, I would want it to sync-up with the web version.
13.  Not interested in downloading the game log.
14.  The moderation has been fine for me.
15.-16. Tutorials: Would be nice for new players. The on-line game is rather intuitive for those of us who also play the actual boxed games.
Another thought:   
- When joining a table, could  there be some way to determine whether a host is in the process of creating a deck?  I have joined tables where the host is "not ready," and have waited for a while, without a game starting.  In those cases, I have left the table after a few minutes of waiting. Don't know what the host was doing.

The major problem was the "proceed to payment" button wasn't working; it did not proceed to a payment screen.  After trying several times, I waited a while, tried again, and it finally worked.

I have been a Dominion player for years, even before your company took it over.  My current "subscription" has expired as of today, and I am interested in continuing.  What is the cost in US dollars? When I press the "proceed to payment" button, nothing happens.
Please advise.

AI bugs / Bots freeze with Lurker card

When playing with the Bots, they don't know how to use the "Lurker" card, and the game freezes.  I passed a "Lurker" on a Masquerade move.  When the Bot later played the card from its hand, the game froze.  Screenshot attached.
