In Decembert 2019, I purchased an 18 month Gold subscription. For the past few days, I can only access base cards. When I go to the store, it doesn't show my subscription. What can I do? Who can I contact?

I am an original MF client and already paid for 2018 subscription so I could continue to play.

1. I would love an offline client to play bots

6. This sound nice. I would love an option to just include my friends when setting up games. I hate having to kick people out when trying to start a private game. MF had a great option for private games.
7. Yes! As I stated in #6. I do not like to play strangers. My husband and I only play bots or personal friends with Dominion online.

9. Yes!!! I thought the MF interface was much easier visually. It took me a long time to get used to current visuals. Seeing what my opponent buys more easily would be a great feature. Now, I have to see it upside down or go read what they bought. This shouldn't be upside down. MF was much easier for me.
10. Yes! I would like to see the board filled more visually with cards and options. Actions that just show up in fine print on the log are difficult to read. These options should be much easier to see and understand. Hidden below the log in small fine print is not ideal at all, especially for new players who are just learning the game. You have to know to look for the options there and to click on them.

16 Yes, I loved MF's practice games where you went through the kingdoms. I forgot the name of it, but it was a fantastic way to learn the game.

*I am grateful that this game is still available on line. We play often. I do wish the interface was visually easier to look at. The MF version was easier on my eyes and easier for new players to learn with. What I do miss greatly is the option to replay the same exact cards after playing a game. You used to be able to play the same cards as a type of retry with the bots or change the cards. When I find a fun or difficult hand with the bots or my friends, it would be nice to just play it again.
Also, I love the MF option of creating card sets for games. We would pick various table layouts and play the ones we were in the mood for.

It did seem unfair that we thought we had a lifetime subscription, then just had to pay again.

It will not work for me either. I am trying to play a bot. LR shows up as ready, but when I press my ready button, nothing happens.
