The Dominion site has been down all night.  When can we expect it to be back up?

This isn't rocket science folks.   Stopping trolls isn't that hard.   One simple fix would be to
require SMS verification for an account.  If the person trolls, then ban them by phone #.   All the major services are doing this now and it works.   

Get rid of the undo option.  It is horrible and starts so many fights when you refuse undo.

Have a global blacklist.   Make a smarter timer that detects people slow playing.   The current timer is extremely simple.   Allow timed games where you only have X number of minutes to complete the game.  Give us a mute function for the chat.   Have a report button to report trolls that sends the chat/game logs to the admin who will take action.   Make it so the game doesn't start until we hit accept, the whole jumping into a game without saying ok is lame.  Allow us to see the cards and who we are playing BEFORE the game starts.   Iso had this and it worked great! 

Give us the option only to play with paying players if we want.  We are the customers, shouldn't we get what we want?

Or allow Isotropic to go back online for free and I will play over there.  Their interface was much better and faster than the one here.   I think if Isotropic went back online, the majority of the good players would play over there and this site would just be full of trolls.  (It already is)  :-(

No idea what "spec chat" is?   Isotropic had a chat and they had the super cool feature which allowed you to mute any player in the chat.  That feature would sure be nice when the trolls are saying all the hateful things.   But like I said, they seem to have no interest in stopping the trolls.   They could be stopped, all it would take is some programming.   Isotropic had no where near the troll problem they do on here.  Not even close!   But they had some well designed features to stop the trolls.  That was a free service BTW unlike this one that we pay for and don't get the same level of service.  Oh well, complaining seems to do no good.

This has been a big problem since Dominion was switched to the Shuffle iT platform.   I have suggested multiple ways to fix it on this forum, but have been ignored.  :-(   

Some suggestions:

1. Have an option to tie account to their cell phone # and have the option to *only* play people with a verified cell #.
2. Have an option to only play people that have paid for their accounts.
3. Actually write some code to detect people that are slow playing on a regular basis and ban them.  This isn't rocket science folks!
4. Have metrics to show how slow people play and allow us to match with fast players.
5. A timer option for the whole game.
6. Add a complaint button in the game so we can easily report trolls and then actually do something about them.

That's just off the top of my head.  I really, really wish Isotropic was allowed to co-exist with this site and all the good players would jump ship in a second.   (no offense guys, but it has been years and you have done *nothing* about the trolls on this site!)

We pay to play on this site and shouldn't have to put up with the trolls.  Thanks!

My games tonight have been unplayable because the server is running slow.  Any plans to fix this tonight?  My last two games were on Frankfurt.

Giving us a mute would be a great start.   (easy to do I am pretty sure)   

I have said this before but it would be nice if you tried an algorithm to detect people
slow playing.  Someone taking the max time for playing each card wouldn't be that hard to detect. 
(It happens to me all the time with the trolls or with people that wanted an undo)

Maybe even half their available time for playing each card every time they take X seconds to play a card.

I have also asked for this before and I will try again, please give us an option to have games *without* undo.

I very rarely had all the problems that I have on here back in the Isotropic days.  The interface was faster, people were nicer, the server never bogged down, and there was a mute.  It has been running very slow on me at times the past few days. 

There are children that play on here but offensive language is not bleeped out.  (It should be IMO)

Give us a chance to see the cards and splits before starting, so we can decide if we want to play that game.

An option to match with faster players would be awesome as well.  (I have asked for this before)

A way to submit a chat log and the detailed game log showing how fast each person took for each click would be perfect to try to slow down the trolls.  Of course you need people to review those logs, not sure if you have them.

Vinay you are 100% wrong.  Undo is an optional feature and denying it does not make the poster a "jerk"  A simple option to not allow undos on a game would be really appreciated.   Are there any plans to add this feature?

Dominion has been running very slow all day.  Any ETA on when it will be fixed?  I have had multiple opponents complain about how slow the servers are running.  Thanks!

Thanks.  I do remember the post from last month said quite clearly that you could blacklist players that are slow playing you and there would be no effect on your rating.  Oh well, I guess either I misunderstood what you guys said or the code has been changed.

I didn't see an announcement about what the purpose is of the "Start Game" feature that was recently added.

If you resign before clicking "Start Game" does the rated game count?  Otherwise what is the point behind the "Start Game" button?

Some people on here do actually play fast and they prefer to play other people that play fast.  Unfortunately there not currently an option on here to match with faster players so the only option is to blacklist them.  That would sure be a nice feature though.  This is casual play, so I see nothing wrong with asking someone to play faster.  If it was a tournament then I would expect my opponent to take their time.

Yes!  I would like an option to disable undo.  (or remove it completely.)  I'm tired of people giving me
attitude because I will not grant an undo.  I'm not even sure why the undo was added in the first place. 
No other version of online Dominion has had it or needed it. 

Also equal starting hands and alternating who goes first would be awesome.  Thanks!
