I cant renew my monthly subscription.  When I go to the store page it wont let me scroll around or have any subimt for payme=nt.  Is there another way to get to the pay page.

well i def have menagerie enabled.  so not sure either but i havent had a way since they implemented these changes and I play 10-12 games per day minimum.

I dont seem to get any Ways when playing even at level 10.  Any reason i'm not getting them?

I experienced about 3 days with no rating change.  This afternoon when I got on it had finally updated (although I expected it to be higher)  The last two games I played, I won, and the opponents were both higher levels.  My rating however seems stuck again.  is it common for this to keep happening?  Using Chrome to access the game.  Thanks!!

I am experiencing the same problem however, mine has been going on for the last 3 days  :'(

It appears this has happened to several people.  I know a couple of folks have reported it as a bug.

I have been working on my ranking for weeks.  Last night when I logged off I was 44.2.  Today when I logged in I was 38.5!!!  What happened to my ranking??
