United States. Is there a more direct way to fix this / get me gold subscription. It freezes on contacting store screen every time. If it's a problem on my end that's fine but I have no way of knowing . And this is not working. I want a phone number of someone I can speak with.

I select gold subscription. It says connecting to store. It doesn't go to store though. I have had gold subscription before. Really missing it.
