Yeah I think Mersapers is right. The issue is that random kingdoms and custom kingdoms are just two different games and perhaps each could have it's own rating.

Thanks for the game. I have a large monitor and as I would love to be able to see my hand as I do in real life, an option to not combine like cards would be great!

I'd second this request. I have a large monitor. I would love an option to see entire card descriptions in the play area during a game without any extra clicks or hovers.
Edit: What about an option to replace action card art with the descriptions in the play area? That also might be a nice convenience option for some players.
