I noticed that if you press "play all $" at the end of turn, Sauna doesn't recognize that you play Silver(s) and won't let you trash cards.

It works if you play the Silver(s) separately, though.

Since the silver(s) are played nonetheless, it should work if you play them along with other $-cards.
