They have been overloaded due to the quarantine and the new expansion release.

Platinum and Colony are from the Prosperity expansion. You're meant to add them to the kingdom based on some percentage of Prosperity cards appearing in the kingdom; I'm not sure what method dominion.games uses. You can specify if you want them or not when you create a game via table (in Advanced Options probably). Similarly, the Shelters from Dark Ages replace Estates in a certain percentage of kingdoms.

You can pretty easily get infinite VP. One way to lock the bot would be to use a masq cutpurse pin to eliminate their deck and then tax copper. Then just play a bunch of monuments or whatever.

I am often on the other side of the fence, watching opponents who have lost miserably and know it spend ten minutes clicking buttons pointlessly, sometimes tabbing out while they do it. Knowing when to resign will make your online play experience much more fun. One of my biggest pet peeves is when players spend ages and then just buy the last province while behind anyway. If you're gonna take the time, at least try to win!

Precisely the problem. This is their ninth sadeas account, and they had many before. Blacklist the one that exists and you won't see them again.

I am little confused as to why the mods here are not taking these complaints seriously? Is it because he paid for the cards? Because if a player has a paid subscription, ideally he should be afraid to pull up nonsense like this, but lack of moderation do make them more confident that what they are doing is okay. I have joined online platform 2 months ago and I wanted to get a feel of the game before committing financially, and I dont think its an entitlement from a paid user to ask to take swift action against such players. Is it?

The complaints are taken seriously, but there seriously isn't much we can do, since people can just start new accounts and harass the same users over and over again. I know because I have seen it happen repeatedly.

At some point, hopefully there are better moderation tools. Until then, I highly recommend just blacklisting problem users. Getting them banned is not actually going to help, and could in fact do the opposite.

Ratings update once a day (sorry, I don't know the exact hour). There is a bot on discord that can tell you what your rating will be, but nothing built in to the site

And re:bugs, let's remember that people are human and while the period of silence wasn't ideal, we can be thankful that a lot of bugs have been fixed recently, that promo development is in the works and that the renewed contract can be a new starting/motivation point for everyone.  ;D

To be totally fair, this hasn't been publicly posted at all, so it's reasonable for people to not know it's happening and have doubts. I didn't even know, and I'm usually in the loop on this stuff.

That said, if Stef was waiting on a new contract to continue development, I would 100% understand his decision. We don't know all the details, so I think it's best not to make assumptions.

Please explain.  I thought it was kind of weird when the website said I could purchase a subscription for a year and then it would only let me purchase for 6 months.  Now I read this and now that makes sense.  I will still enjoy playing this for the next 6 months but I won't offer any more feature requests.
