I don't think it's well-stated at all; there is no specific problem mentioned in the post and it looks like an observation rather than an experience. What was the problem encountered? What steps did the poster take to contact support? What was the response? There are no details there. For all we know this person is just mad they didn't get a free thing, complained verbally, got nothing because nobody heard them, and is now posting here about it. How are they "out in the cold?" There is this forum and a support Discord. Sending private messages to the admins is trivial. I've sent several already and gotten responses. Sure, my one experience means nothing and could be an outlier, but at least I can confirm I made contact and got something out of it. This person is just making vague claims.

I think it's a loud minority who are having issues here, but in fairness there is no way to know this. I'm not saying Shuffleit doesn't have a long road ahead, but the anger expressed in threads like this feels hyperbolic to me relative to the improved experience I've been having with the new client.

Hi, I'm trying to ban cards that I don't want to play. ex. Chapel or other cards. I have tried to set Chapel as unfamiliar card. (click to set it to gray color in Familiar Cards) And set max unfamiliar cards to 0 in Options. But when I create a table with bot, I still see Chapel in the game! I have also tried bot Match in Matching, but there is also Chapel in the game! I just want to play games with cards I like. I just wondering why not give a simple option to let the user who create the table to control which cards to random in the game?

There is a set of 10 cards from the Base Set that cannot be set as Unfamiliar. Chapel is one of those.

We don't know if this is changing in the future or not.

This is maybe a dumb question, but did you have anything in the discard pile? If you play Bustling at the top of a shuffle, it won't have anything to look at.

If you wish your opponent luck and they open 5/2 on a good kingdom for it, I think you dug your own grave to some extent. I'm not a superstitious person, granted, but I'm still not going to lie and say I want the person I'm trying to beat to have good fortune.

Re: pleasantries, whatever, man. It's the internet. It doesn't bother me when people greet me (why would it?), but I'm under no social obligation to return the gesture. It might make me seem like a jerk to that person, but if they feel that strongly about this one instance I question how they function on a day to day basis when every single minor expectation isn't met. I also don't say hi to every stranger I pass on the street. And neither does everyone I pass say hi to me. I don't think this has anything to do with whether someone is from Canada or not. It's simply an unrealistic expectation. Small talk with people I don't know is a use of my time that I rarely indulge in.

Wanting everyone to follow your own conception of manners on the internet is ambitious to say the least.

I am perfectly fine with wordless resignations and don't care to use pointless greetings and pleasantries. I assume if someone is playing the game they are already there for a good time and "gg" can be a mixed message depending on the context. A lot of players use it in a demeaning fashion, not necessarily in this community but elsewhere.

Wishing your opponent good luck in dominion is just asking for trouble.

I enjoy discussing games with people when I'm not tired, but I'm not one for scripted language.

It's showing you what you drew, not your opponent.
How can you be sure?

Look at any log in a game you're playing. Can you see the cards your opponent drew?

Feel free to make further conspiracy theories.

You drew the Province with your Tournament. You can only reveal a Province that was in your hand before Tournament drew a card.

Jesus, guys. Have some empathy. Are you seriously this cruel to people on a daily basis? Sometimes people misclick. I'm sure you've done it yourself. Why should it ruin their game? The undo is optional and you can even deny it from them. If you don't like it, just don't let them do it. (And don't expect them to let you)

Undo is one of those things you don't think you need until the day you make a horrible misclick that ruins your game entirely. I agree the interface could be improved, but I think it's a valuable feature.

I don't find Sentry remotely confusing.

It's definitely planned.

Interface and card text or only interface?

Card text too. I know at least German and Russian are "ready."

Well, I will not argue for ignoring this "errata" though I am quite disappointed. Since clearly there was a decision not to issue any changes (as evident from not adding "may" to Throne Room), i don't see why this errata was needed, instead of simply stating that debt tokens alone go to the possessing player (and possibly changing the future printings of alchemy, and then changing the online rules as well).

Also, in that case I will claim that the site lacks full explanations of the rules. If I can't rely on the rule sheets, even if I have the rule sheets for the boxes of all cards in play, then there must be some source for the rules online.

It doesn't matter how you feel about it; the rules have changed and the card texts on the client reflect them. It is not the client's or shuffleIt's fault that you aren't familiar with the new rules and wordings! I personally think the changes are for the best. It sucks that a Possession counter is now gone, but let's be real, I don't think there is any way to make Possession games a pleasant experience regardless.

Also, Throne Room does in fact have that errata, and Masquerade has changed to break the pin. There are a few other near-meaningless changes too, like Moneylender being optional.

i think it figures there is no way for someone else to win so sometimes it will cut straight to the scoreboard. I agree it is frustrating because i like to actually see the last victory card bought or 3 piles go out etc. At least that is what i think it is doing...who knows though for sure.

The game doesn't end prematurely. What is probably happening is that your opponent is playing with "wait for animations" off and thus finishes their turn before you finish seeing animations.

Does the bot also play with "wait for animations" off? Because there it happens as well. Also: shouldn't I see the animations even if my opponent doesn't?

I am pretty sure bots don't care about animations, lol. As for whether things will be later smoothed out in bot games or when people have different settings, I can't speak for that but would assume so.
