But have they done it, no!   I think Donald should pull the license from ShuffleIT and give it to someone else at this point.   Donald are you listening?

The reality is that the site owners can do something about this behavior but refuse to spend the money and time to stop this.   :-(   Meanwhile we are paying to use this service.   (Unhappy customer here)

General Discussion / Re: Undo Request

I have asked for a option to not allow undos in the game matching but haven't gotten this option yet.   It would make for a much more stress-free playing environment.   All it does is cause fights.

Or just take away undo completely.   It is not in the Dominion rules.

Well they could just add a feature where you have to confirm that you are ready to play once the game starts.  I have asked for this *many* times, but no luck so far.   Isotropic had this feature and it was great.

Are games against blacklisted players still not counted in the rankings?  My research seems to
indicate the games are counted even though last month there was an update which said those games would not be counted.

Sorry, I don't think people should have to change what they are saying just to be PC.  You are basically saying say the same thing but say it in a nicer more drawn out way so people don't get their feathers ruffled as much...   I think that is a great thing to do if you are a politician, but most of us aren't on here.

Or the online game designers could solve the whole problem by adding an option to select faster play as your preference.

So we can't publicly shame the slow rollers, etc, but then the moderators are not actively doing anything about the problem.  I'm still in a game with a slow roller.  I have been playing it for 1 hour and 15 minutes.  He is clicking on one card at a time as slow as he can since he is losing...  Hopefully you guys will come up with  solution for this soon.

We have a way to mute the chat.  (like ISO had)  We need a consistent way to report abuse.  Please make an official link off the game that records the game #, timestamps, etc.  Thanks!

I don't have a problem with this at all.  Isotropic showed you the cards before the game started and gave you an option to decline the game.  The way they did it made a lot of sense.  Please give us this back.

@mrfiat: The problem with this is that as soon as someone sees a card he doesn't like to play against in the Kingdom (like Possession, a curse giver, Goons, some engine,...) he can simply opt out of that game with no penalty.

I understand you would be fine with something like that and I would as well, if it is done from time to time and in moderation. But this is also the reason why ranked games will not take into account "familiar cards": The possibility that someone games the system by simply finding a Kingdom he is very good at and then only marks those cards as familiar (which results in him playing only that Kingdom for ranked games) is deemed to big.

Why don't you change it so if a player hasn't made a move and then resigns or has connection issues then the game doesn't count towards the leaderboard?  I think that would be much better.  Some people will resign when they don't like the 5/2 split or the cards that were picked, but I am fine with that.  That will give us more choices, which is a good thing.

This is a big problem for sure.  You do anything to piss someone off and some of them will slow roll you for an hour.  Others slow roll on purpose to get their ranking up.  (like asking if they are still there when they are taking forever or refusing to do undo)

I think no undo should be an option on matching as well.

You could make the time limit user adjustable before the game.  I would set it really low.

If you guys spend some time on it you could design an algorithm that detected when people are playing one card/treasure every X minutes.

A time clock would be a nice option as well.  Maybe add 5 seconds to it for each action you play.

My 2 cents.

Feature Requests / Re: More equal opponents

Yes, I agree you should be able to select the range of level you want to get matched with.  I realize that might slow down the matching some, but people could adjust it if they are not getting matched quick enough.  Please add this feature.  Thanks!

The original poster was nasty in his comments, but he does have some good points.  We were promised an Isotropic text interface when the ShuffleIT version was announced, but so far I haven't seen it?  The game play was so much better on Isotropic than on any of the three versions so far.  (no offense ShuffleIT guys)

I really wish the cards in my hand wouldn't move when my turn starts.  I'm ready to go as soon as my opponent finishes, so sometimes this causes misclicks.  Please change the interface so the cards don't move from the initial stack.  Thanks.

Feature Requests / Re: Blacklisting

Is there a plan to add blacklisting?  I have been asking for this feature since we lost it when we stopped using Goko.  The sooner the better on this feature.  I do appreciate that we do have the leaderboard now, thanks!
