LAGGY AND FRUSTRATING YET AGAIN!  PLEASE FIX IT!

The game keeps getting stuck when I select a card to play, kicks me, reloads and then puts me back in the game.  It's taking FOREVER to take a turn.... very frustrating.

I shut my laptop and went and did other things.  I have come back to continue my game and it still has lag.  I'm paying you for this service.  It needs to work properly.

Yes, because visual countdown was the entire focus of everything I said and absolutely worth taking the time to point this out!  How awesome you must feel!  I saw somebody mention it while I was skimming the other posts.

There's a timer now???  Yes!  I always play bots mostly because of slow players.  You need 4 minutes to think out a turn?  Yeah, I definitely don't want to play with you.  I think the last time I played a live person was last winter.  So many rude inconsiderate people play this game.  Bots don't talk to me and they take quick turns.

Tempting.  I may have to allow a real human at my table just to see if this timer thing is legit for me.

P.S. Leave a visual countdown out.  I think it will be a way for people that are going out of their way to be rude to continue to do so.  I think 4 minutes is too long.  Make it 2 minutes OR make it an option, just like allowing Colonies in a game.  Whomever is making the table can select a timer option and how long the timer may be set.

My last few games have been on the Oregon server.  All laggy, but it starts and stops.  Some turns it lags on every single click.  Some turns, it's fine.  I noticed it last night too (I don't remember what sever in which I was connected).  Please fix. it.

I've been playing since that ghetto free site was being run off of somebody's personal server before you had to pay.  I totally understood at the time when the online game changed to a platform in which you had to pay.  I get that.

But, being completely robbed, stripped of what you paid for and forced to fork out a subscription annually.  Yeah, I'm bitter too.  It seems completely driven by greed.  I don't blame Shuffle IT.  It seems you guys are just getting the short end of the stick on this one.  I blame the greedy person that made the call to change providers and rip everyone off.

I think we deserve a more valid explanation (and I mean A GOOD EFFING CONCRETE DAMN GOOD REASON) besides a contract being up with one and switching to another or any other fancy corporate way of sweeping the subject under the rug.

Still, I play.  I love this game and this is the only option we have.  Right now, I'm experiencing serious lag for something I had to pay for, AGAIN, so I came to the forum.  Sorry, Shuffle IT.  I pretty much only step into the forums when your programming isn't working properly.  Keep it running and I won't be coming in here to throw gasoline on fires :p

Now I'm getting "Server connection was closed or could not be established"

I am stuck at the log in screen.  I've tried both my laptop and tablet, same problem.  I even rebooted my laptop to see if it may have been something wrong with my computer.  My user name and pw are entered, but I can't click "Login" ...????
