I forwarded your request to the developer. That is something he must do manually, there is no way to do this on your own.

That sounds indeed like a huge bug. Now Possession has a way to mess with the log, which may in turn mess with a player's ability to undo and do other things. So if that happens next time, the affected player should hit "CTRL-R" to reload the page. I can't promise that it will help, but there is a good chance.

In addition, if that happens again, please write down the game number (listed on top of the log and in the chat when the game starts). That makes it much easier to reproduce the problem (which may hinge on something you didn't mention) and thus find the reason and fix it.

To join each discord server you need to click the respective links. To join discords in general, you need to have an account with discord. The nice think is you have one account on discord, but can join many different discords for many different topics, go by the same or different nicknames on each, etc.

Now the general Dominion discord has an "automated user" (a bot, just a clever computer program) named "Dombot" that you can ask about games if you know players or the game numbers. That's how I generally try to find "lost" games.

Village Green extra actions don't seem to be working correctly (at least in response to margrave compelled discard). 

Choosing "Now" gives you no extra actions on your current turn (bug: should be 3?) and none in the future (as expected). 

You don't (usually) have Actions on your opponent's turn. Caravan Guard can give you one, Village Green 2. I'm not sure why you think you have 3 after playing Village Green on opponent's turn in "Now" mode.
You are right that those extra Actions are not shown. There are rare edge cases where they might be important, but this (game 44048772) is none of them. The 2 Actions you got on opponent's turn can't be used for anything. I'm not exactly sure if they vanish when this turn ends or when the next turn starts, but you start your next turn with 1 Action only.

Choosing "next turn" gives 0 actions on your current turn (bug: loss of an action) and 3 actions on your next turn (as expected).

Again I'm not following you why you think getting no Actions on your opponent's turn is a bug because "loss of an Action". In 99% of games you have no Actions on your opponent's turn, and playing Green Village on your opponent's turn in "Next turn" mode  didn't change that.

The only thing I can think of is that you were looking at the central status bar and didn't see the amount of Actions change. But this status bar shows the data of the active player (one of the bots playing Margrave), and they didn't gain any Actions due to your Green Village, of course.

If I see a name mentioned multiple times, that means I'm more likey to ban that user. I try to give the benefit of the doubt that someone may have had a really bad day and acted it out here. But if it happens several times, then I assume the doubt was unfounded.

Since you are playing with your friend, I assume you are using your own table to play games.

The default for self-created tables is to not respect familiar cards :(

So you need to go into "Advanced Options", then click on the checkbox next to "Respect familiar cards".

That behaviour happens when a certain server is switched during a game (usually for performanc reasons). During the game everything works, but afterwards the game logs you out.

Unfortunately, there is no in-game way to get the game number. If it was a rated 2-player game, "Dombot" (on the Dominion discord) can list your last rated games with the "!prior Ingix" command (replace Ingix with your in-game name). If you played several games vs. the same player (even unrated) in a row, it will list those games when you ask it "!match Ingix, Stef" (with in-game names of both players replacing Ingix and Stef).

In both cases, it will list you game numbers, the kingdom and the point result. If you find the game (check the kingdom), you can get more detailed results by asking it "!game 12345678" (put in the the game number at the end).
