You want to use an option that (judging from talk and what gets and doesn't get asked as a feature) is highly unpopular.

Of course, how long you have to wait until someone joins a self-made table is highly volatile, no mattter what explicit options you are setting.

Yes, that change has come up a few times as confusing. What happens is that when it's not your turn, the active player is always shown in first position, the other players (except you) follow in turn order.

As for the attachment, those have to be approved (we had SPAM attacks on the forum in the past). This I just did now, so now the attachment is visible for all forum readers.

What you noticed is correct behaviour.

The relevant part from Urchin (under the dividing line).

The "first" part means you (optionally) do the above effect completely, before any part of the played attack is executed. It is the same timing window where you decide if to use a Way(wrong, see remark from Jeebus in answer below), or your opponent decides to use a Moat or other relevant Reaction cards, or you get effects from the Adventure tokens.

So none of the effects of Skirmisher has happened yet when you trash the Urchin and gain the Mercenary. Not the +1 Card / +1 Action, and also not the promise to Militia your opponent when you gain an attack card. The Skirmisher is a bit too late to "notice" the gaining of the Mercenary. As I said, you could even decide after all this is over to play the Skirmisher using a Way.

This is similar to the Priest/Sewers interaction, which is discussed for example here in this forum.

You don't. You use the options given in the automatch screen, then join the queue.

For rated games, that makes sure that nobody can "cook the board" anymore (play the same kingdom over and over).

For unrated games, yes, it might be an option to customize a table and then put it into the unrated queue.

No. Tables you create yourself are separate and do not join the automatch queue.

Thanks for the report, Tim!

I tried this in a new game,and it worked, the Mercenary was white/yellow and could be played with no Actions left. If it was a recent rated game, there is a good chance the game ID can be recovered.

It's still possible, you just can't do it from the automatch screen. Open a table, add a bot and make sure the "Extra Allies" slider is to the right:

Yes, there is a bug. It's a combination of completly or almost completely filling all kingdom cards, and having mandatory landscape cards (but not yet directly selected).

In addition, in your case you want Wizards in the game (which contains the Liaison Student), but you have no space left for an Ally.

If the table host changes some table parameters, this will invalidate the "Ready" by other players (like you want to play a 2P game, but they open antother slot for 3 or more players).

If that happens when you are the host, that would indeed be a bug.

You cannot set a ranking or card pool level minimum requirement when creating a table.

From a conceptual point, creating tables is/was meant to allow you to customize a game with players you already know. It wasn't meant to allow an addional way to find opponents, so it doesn't give any way to select who might join the table (except very broad with the "Allow spectators" options).
