It would be nice if there was an option to never reveal the bane. Right now you have a timing tell indicating you have at least 1 bane card in hand.

I just played a game where smugglers was the bane, and the curse pile was already empty. I really don't want to inform my opponent that I have a smugglers in hand when he has $8 and and is considering gold or province. Or let him buy a guardian if enchantress is the bane, etc.

Alternatively the bane could get a gladiator-like "Pretend to be thinking" whenever you don't have it in hand.

Agreed, not only does it take focus but it "backspaces" that you typed in the last second. And it's timing is exactly in the moment you are most likely to be typing something. It's quite annoying!

I strongly agree too and am a bit shocked this thread hasn't gotten more replies.

Now that there are rated automatches, it's not acceptable that there's no option to prevent spectating, or an option to hide your cards from spectators. Knowing your opponents hand is crucial in end-games with 2 provinces left in the pile, or for cards like contraband. People DO cheat, thinking they won't is naive, even if it's a small % of players.

The game ID was indeed the one giving the internal error, 5811163

And I likely made the mistake you mentioned.

The duplicated card gives you another curse. This should only happen for the card you buy, not the copy you gain when calling duplicate.
