"ghost" Tables spawned from quick match

it seems that sometimes when you start a quick match you create a table, you can create more than one and the only effective way to play without waiting a lot seems to be to mash the quick match button so as a consequence you see a lot of tables with the same names. You can see what they say in those tables, when they join or leave (even when you are in game) but you cannot leave them and the table section is filled with these ghost tables where the host seems afk but in truth the host isn't in that specific table but rather somewhere else, whether playing or waiting for a game to start.

edit : now that I've managed to receive the mail to confirm the account I don't need to start/cancel quick match so I haven't experienced this issue again.
