Only have Basic cards in my games

I used to play and had all the sets. Then I messed around with my card lists (I think).

Now I only have the basic cards.

I have gone to my Familiar Cards and most expansions are in color (I only greyed out Masquerade).

I only play the bots; I don't have games with other folks.

Why am I not getting all the sets (except Masquerade)?

Thanks,
Chris

Could it be that your subscription expired?

Go into your "Account" tab (second from right), then take a look at all the expansions (box art). Are they in grey or color? Being in color means you are currently subscribed to them. Being in grey means you are not currently subscribed to them. If you were ever subscribed to them, the ending date will be below the box art (in year-month-day format).

What? There is still no notification when the subscription expires?!

Not really, unfortunately.

In your matching tab, after "Expansions" you'll either see how long it still runs, or you can make choices regarding preference what to play.

But in reality, nobody seems to notice that.

Hmmm, I have never had a paid subscription. But early on when I was playing, i had access to all the sets. I wonder if it was a free trial period? Or did the paid access to the sets start recently?

If you started March/April this year, that may be somewhat true. Each day another set was free, and the free set rotated a few times through all existing ones.

But on any given day, it was the base set and that one set, not all sets at the same time.

Ah, yes you nailed it. It was during March I think right after pandemic lockdowns started. And I didn't notice which sets it was, but it def could have been base and one...

Ok, going to go see what it costs to have more sets.

Thanks
