Number of basic Victory cards in 5- or 6-player games is incorrect

According to my copy of the 1st edition rules of Intrigue, beyond 4 players, only the Province pile is supposed to add cards - 15 for 5 players, 18 for 6 players.  But currently Dominion Online sets all Victory card piles to 16 in both 5- and 6-player games.

The 2nd Edition rules for Base Dominion concur with this, and also say to double the size of basic Treasure piles, which is also not done in Dominion Online.
