Global chat?

Hi, I strongly prefer 3 player dominion and can't find the global chat to arrange for matches... where is it?  Thanks!

There is no global chat and it is not planned: http://forum.shuffleit.nl/index.php?topic=1174.msg3423#msg3423. There is the chat on discord and plans to improve the tables list to make it easier to play games with more than two players.
