Can't log in

I see that others have this same issue. I can't login with my username as it says it does not exist. I can't create a new account, bc it says the username is reserved. What is the process to log in? :) Thanks!

Have you received a letter from Shuffle IT? It contains a link using which you can register with your old account. If you don't see it, check out the spam folder. If still none, pm Stef providing your nickname and email address.
