Overlord & Transmogrify - Overlord disappears forever

Had an Overlord
Played it as Transmogrify
No option to use Transmogrify
No more Overlord

When you send an Overlord/Band of Misfits to the tavern mat, it's no longer the card you're imitating.  So don't send them to the tavern mat.
