How to purchase/gift a subscription for a friend?

I already have a subscription and enjoy the service.

Recently, I taught a friend how to play dominion online, and want to purchase a gold subscription and gift it to her as a birthday gift.

How would I go about doing this? Is there an option within the client or would this have to be done via email? Please let me know, also feel free to reply via email or private message.

It requires a bit of manual work, but here is how I helped out two people with the same request before:

You can buy the subscription on some other account (like your own), and then I move it over. Please PM me prior to making the purchase what you want moved, including a from and a to.
