Problem in Ordering cards

I play a lot of game on my computer with never seen this problem, but while my holidays I only took my Microsoft Surface Tablet with me ( never played with it before). And with this Tablet, I can't choose to change the ordering cards with all cards needed it (cartograph, apothicary, wandering minstrel, patrol, .....)
The problem exist under chrome and firefox.

I play a lot on on my iPad with Chrome and ordering is a little quirky but it does work. Mostly it somehow is harder to move a card to the right (top) then to move the top card down to the left. I think you need to specify the problem you're having a little more to find out what's wrong.

It does not work on Android tablet either. I hate games where I can not reorder cards!

Stef: would it be possible to use alternative reordering as workaround: clicked card would move to the left?

To show you what's happening, in the screenshot I just play an apothecary and I try tu take the province wich is the first on the top. Immadiatly when I catch it, the province go in the top left corner of the selection box and I can't do anything else that unclick and let it go back to it's initial placement.
