"name a card"-textbox gets carried over to next game

This was a bit of an odd bug I encountered in a game today. First in game #7123061 on tokyo I King's courted a Journeyman on my turn when my opponend resigned while I was about to name the card to skip a second time. Then in the lobby I got a message reading "You need to be at a table for this action." (or something along those lines).
In the next game (#7123321 on tokyo)I started I was still presented with the "name a card"-textbox from last game upon starting my turn 1. I entered a cardname in it and nothing happened except that it disappeared.
