Bot does not proc Fool's Gold

Game #8894748 on frankfurt, game for Redly

On my turn 13, I bought a Province.
On the bot's turn 14, the treasures played included a Fool's Gold.

In fact, it played 6 money (Gold + 2 copper + Fool's Gold)... to buy a 5-cost Duchy. So it's not like there was some intentionally behind saving the Fool's Gold.
